The 6th grade students are concluding their economics unit by presenting their own “Shark Tank” presentation! They had to work together or separately to create a new product, develop a business plan, graph their yearly sales and revenue, create a prototype, perfect a presentation, and be prepared to answer tough questions from “real” investors. Some examples of developed products are: pencil box organizer, a new kind of school bag called the “Pocket Purse”, a personalized plush toy, and wearable and hangable phone cases, just to name a few. Watch out for some of these inventions being put into the market by our amazing inventors!
