There was a Panther who had a Family Night and B-I-N-G-O was its Name-o!

Come join us for our first ever Family Bingo Night on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 5:30pm! This event is free and open to the community so bring your friends, family, and neighbors! There will be all kinds of family-fun prizes so I will be sporting my lucky BINGO hat just in case!

Ink daubers ($2) and snacks will be available for purchase with cash! I cannot wait to see you all there!

Preschool Principals

Today, I got to visit our preschoolers to share the responsibilities of being an elementary school principal! They all became official principals with lanyards and formal “Principal” ID badges! The students have had all kinds of visitors in the morning and afternoon to share their own careers including a teacher, artist, and postal worker.

If you would like to volunteer and share your own occupation with our Starting Pointe kiddos, please contact the front office or email the preschool director, Mrs. Kopa (skopa@pointeschools.org).

Stargazing Event, Thursday at 7pm

Remember to join us on Thursday evening as we explore the universe! High powered telescopes will allow us to view nebulae, star clusters, and more! This event is free so grab a warm sweater, your cell phone, and a friend to join us for the evening event!

This is an image of the moon captured by Ms. Brodd the last time we had this amazing event! I cannot wait to see what we discover together!

I was absolutely blown away by the amount of students that signed up for the tournament (21 third – sixth graders) and gave it their best shot! We had students who have only played a handful of times sign up and I could not be prouder of the bravery, sportsmanship, and leadership I saw throughout the tournament.

I cannot wait until next years’ match! I would also like to give a special shoutout to the students in my Chess Club as I am so proud of how far you have all come. Chess Club truly was one of the best parts of my week!
