Art Challenge

Students in Mrs. Renoth’s class were given the challenge, inspired by the J. Paul Getty Museum in California, to recreate works of art using materials around their home. We have had some great submissions already including American Gothic by Grant Wood and Girl with a Pearl Earring by Johannes Vermeer. If you choose to participate (2nd graders and non-secondgraders alike), please share your creations! I am currently trying to decide on what I should make… so many options!

PPA Coloring Pages

I hope that your first week of distance learning was successful!

Each Friday, I will be posting a coloring page that relates to Pinnacle Pointe Academy. This week, I started with two different images to get our collection going. These are simply a fun resource for our families to complete if they would like.

If you complete any of the pages and would like to share them with me, please send them my way! My office has been so empty without all of the amazing art pieces that my amazing kiddos gift me each day. Also, any shared coloring pages may potentially end up on the Principal’s Corner or our Facebook page 🙂

Last Night’s Performance

Thank you all for joining us last night for the performance of North Pole’s Got Talent. The students had been working hard all semester and it clearly showed in their amazing theatrical demonstration last night!

I would also like to say a special “thank you” to the three directors, Ms. Stekkinger, Rylie, and Brooke who took on the project! You all truly did a fantastic job! Great job, Theater Club!
