Ms. Wade’s 4th graders showcased an incredible production of Dr. Seuss’ Sneeches. Their hard work was evident in their professional performance, creative props, and excellent attire. It is truly an incredible story with a meaningful moral that you all preformed flawlessly. Great job, Panthers and thank you to the families that were able to join us!
At The Station, Mrs. Shaw’s third graders treated us to an incredible musical performance. During Enrichment time, students have been diligently working on learning how to play the recorder.
We heard some hit songs including “Hot Cross Buns” and “Mary Had a Little Lamb”! My favorite part was watching the videos of the paired performances and hearing from individual students about the process. Great job, Third Grade! I cannot wait to pop in and hear some more tunes!
Second Grade did such an incredible job showcasing their Enrichment performance at The Station. Thank you for joining us, Families, as we watched the Reader’s Theater version of If you Give a Mouse a Cookie!
Join us at The Station next week for a special demonstration of musical abilities by Mrs. Shaw’s third graders!
Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to have had some help from Principal James and Vice Principal Cole. Not only did these two help out in all of the classes, cleaning trash, and organizing the Talent Show but they lead The Station.
This week’s Station highlighted our First Graders as they showcased a Reader’s Theater about the Three Little Pigs. Great job, First Grade!
Yesterday, at The Station we showcased what the students in Kindergarten have been practicing during their Performing Arts Enrichment. Students performed a song from the movie, Coco, featuring singing, dancing, and smiles! Great job, Kinder and thank you for joining us families!
We are getting excited for our Annual Reading Week and the Scholastic Book Fair next week, September 18th – September 22nd. Students will be given Reading Logs on Friday, September 15th for the Read-A-Thon and will compete with students in their class to see who can read the most!
Winners from each class will get to have a special catered Lunch with the Principal and will receive a book of their choice! The winning reader from the whole school will not only receive these prizes but will also get an extra special prize but I just could not decide which one to choose from so I am leaving it up to you Panthers! Please, use the poll below to make your selection for the Principal Prize for the Read-A-Thon!
